Complete operations management from a single source
Our team combines hands-on technical expertise with sound commercial management. Beyond keeping your plant running smoothly, we continuously look for ways to increase its profitability. We analyse technical performance, operating costs and electricity sales, identify opportunities for improvement, and make sure every measure is implemented carefully and effectively.
Because we operate our own wind, PV and BESS assets in Bulgaria and Spain, we manage your plant with the same care and attention we give our own.
Service and maintenance are led by our two Wind and BESS Service Managers, who bring more than 15 and 12 years of experience in the maintenance and major repair of wind farms across Bulgaria, working with practically all major turbine manufacturers. Specialist services are delivered together with trusted service partners and the equipment manufacturers.

Handover
A strong start: complete project documentation and handover
Efficient operation starts with a well-organised handover. Our specialists collect, review and reconcile all documents from the planning, construction and financing phases, so nothing is missing when your plant goes into operation. As the operator, you get fast access to all project data, a clear overview of warranty periods, and every document relevant to safety and permits.
On request, we also organise and supervise the final acceptance inspection of your plant and oversee the rectification of any defects. This gives your plant a solid, well-documented foundation for years of efficient operation.
Portfolios
Portfolio management: uncovering hidden potential
Owners of several plants benefit from our combined technical and commercial portfolio management. A dedicated account manager serves as your single point of contact for the entire portfolio.
Because we prepare data from all your plants in a consistent format, we can compare performance across sites, spot trends early and create synergies between assets. This makes your asset managers’ work easier and allows us to act preventively rather than reactively. Our experienced technical specialists take a detailed look at every plant and identify optimisation opportunities that often go unnoticed.
