Periodic inspections
Scheduled, comprehensive checks of your plant at regular intervals. They confirm that all components are in good condition and that your plant meets applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
Technical wind turbine inspections
Detailed on-site inspections of the complete turbine, including rotor blades, tower, foundation, nacelle, drivetrain and electrical systems, to assess condition and identify any need for action.
Video endoscopy
Our specialists and certified partners use endoscopic cameras to look inside gearboxes, bearings and other enclosed components without dismantling them. This non-invasive method detects early signs of wear or damage and helps prevent costly failures.
Expert reports at commissioning
An independent assessment when your plant is handed over. It confirms that the installation has been built as specified and that any defects are identified and documented before you take over.
Inspection before warranty expiry
A thorough review of your plant shortly before the manufacturer’s warranty ends. Any defects we find can still be claimed under warranty, which protects you from repair costs later.
Continued operation beyond 20 years
Many plants can run safely and profitably well beyond their original design life. Together with our certified partners, we assess the remaining service life of your turbines and set out what’s needed for secure continued operation. This also gives you a clear basis for deciding between continued operation and repowering.
